01 · Who this serves

For the big dreamers, and the quietly stretched.

Leaders and founders running on adrenaline and fumes, who can feel the quiet cracking.
Change-makers holding big visions in bodies without the capacity to fully hold them.
Those in transition — a role, an identity, a life stage, a new chapter, a big leap — wanting a more vital container for the liminal stretch.
Anyone who yearns to feel more alive and awake, to feel ease and wild joy, and to live their full expression and purpose.
People who want to expand and thrive alongside others also living fully — not in another solo, willpower-fuelled program or protocol.

Join us if you're feeling ready for renewal.

Each round of renew moves through the same three phases.

01 · SimplifyMake space

Body, home, calendar, mind — we simplify before adding anything new. Establish rhythms, so we have space to flow. Exhale.

We move through these phases twice — the second round takes us deeper into renewal.

04 · The renew experience
In Victoria's words

"It's more than a reset. It's a total body, mind, soul transformation."

"My nervous system had been on high alert my whole life. Now I can sit and it's just silence. There's space between the words — and my mind isn't filling it with something else. That is wild to me.

My reflux has gone. My heartburn has gone. The plantar fasciitis has gone. The inflammation in my legs has gone. I've lost 7cm from my waist and I can fit into clothes I gave away because I never thought I'd wear them again.

I go to bed at nine and wake at six, happily. I used to struggle to get out of bed at 8.30.

I'm finally feeling how worthy I am of good things in my life. That's something no amount of therapy or ceremony has ever been able to do for me.

I didn't feel pressured — but I felt motivated. I just felt guided. And that's exactly what you want in an environment like this."

06 · Who holds this

Hi there. I'm Sarah.

Sarah Anderson smiling in a sunlit garden, reaching towards a peony in bloom

Most of my adult life I've walked two paths at once.

One out in the world: 20 years as a strategist, advisor and mentor working alongside people carrying big, bold, necessary visions — ASX and Fortune 500 executives, founders, change-makers and public sector leaders. Hundreds of leadership and visibility programs with thousands of leaders across the world. Designing strategies for their businesses, movements, rebellions and lives. Work that's taken me from boardrooms to governments to the deck of the world's largest all-women expedition to Antarctica.

The other path has been quieter: decades exploring holistic health, ancient wisdom traditions, spirituality, and learning to build the capacity to fully hold the first one.

And through all of that, I kept seeing the same pattern repeating (in me and in my clients) — I watched brilliant visions not realise their full potential. Not because of a lack of strategy or talent, but a shortage of capacity to hold it all. Depletion. Burnout. Overriding the body to meet the urgency. Running on empty. So I retrained in wellbeing and capacity building to meet mine and their needs — not instead of the important work, but so it could land. So the big visions could fly and ripple their impact out into the world, at this crucial time when the world needs every one of us leading in our full power and magnificence. I put state over strategy — and it worked.

I've rebuilt my own capacity from the floor up — more than once — when my body stopped asking me politely to slow down and live from vitality. Everything I share now, I practiced first. Mother, founder, big responsibilities, bigger dreams, systems thinker, deep feeler, making my own ghee whilst dancing for longer than is strictly reasonable. ;)

I'm a certified Ayurvedic health counsellor, a trauma-informed yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher, and (still) a strategist, facilitator and mentor, now all rolled into one. I get to do everything I love and call it "work".

renew is where it all lives at once — regenerative wellbeing, purposeful community, sustainable leadership, all for the wild times we're living in. renew is what I do for myself each season when I need to come alive again. And what I've quietly walked depleted and stretched clients through in private for years when they've needed to uplevel.

Now I'm opening the door properly.

Come play.

The questions, and the community that carries it.

Questions

Questions + curiosities

The practical questions most people ask, answered plainly.

I'm not in Australia. Can I still join renew this season?

Yes. Spring and autumn are both traditional cleansing and renewal junctures in Ayurvedic health — the two hinges of the year when the body most benefits from a reset. So whether October is your spring or your autumn, you're arriving at the right moment. Your guidance is tailored to your hemisphere.

Forty days sounds like a lot. What does it ask of me?

It's 40 days of support, not 40 days of intensity. Most days invite small, gradual shifts in your lifestyle, food, routines — think choose your own adventure, folded into the life you have. There are two waves of 3 days that are deeper cleansing periods. You may want to create some space around these — and choose your own timing. There's no full-time commitment, and the choice is all yours. Some carve out 15 minutes a day and feel big shifts; some take on every idea and radically transform. But 40 days provides a real opportunity for renewal. One week doesn't. So this offers a proper doorway into a state shift that sticks. And it's designed to be repeated each season — ideally together! — to uplevel again and again.

What if I've never done anything like this before? And I'm a bit scared or worried?

Perfect! No knowledge or experience is needed with Ayurveda, cleansing or holistic health. You will be gently guided through everything step by step. This is not hard core in any sense — there are light touch options, it's all invitational, and you choose where you take it in line with your life and capacity. Our North Stars are nourishment, rejuvenation and fun!

Will I be hungry?

No. This is not a fast or a juice cleanse. The whole idea is deep nourishment. And in Ayurveda, we nourish to let go. You'll eat warm, spiced, beautiful food, and plenty of it. Deprivation isn't the mechanism here — vitality is.

What does the cleanse actually involve?

renew invites you to clear what's in the way of your vitality across many areas of life. In addition, twice across the 40 days, in weeks 2 and 5, you'll do a focused Ayurvedic cleanse, guided step by step. You'll be given a menu of simple, warm meals, with gentle cleansing practices alongside. It rests and reboots digestion, brings you back into natural rhythm, settles the nervous system and restores clarity and vitality. Breathwork, meditation, movement and daily rituals from Ayurveda and yoga support you throughout, and you choose how deep you go.

What will I actually be doing each day?

Mostly simple shifts, done slowly and consistently. A short morning routine chosen from a menu. Nourishing meals. Gentle movement. Sleep guidance. Removing things in the way of your aliveness, gradually. New practices arrive bit by bit. You choose what you take on when.

What if I can't cook, or don't have time to?

We all go on a learning journey when we choose to bring change. And we can't create change when we have zero space. So we walk through the steps slowly and gently — create space first. The meal plans and resources are built to make things as easy as possible. We help clear the way for shifts, together. With support. With options.

When are the live calls?

There are 4 live guidance calls across the 40 days, timed to align with key moments in the process. Calls are designed to work for multiple timezones and are recorded. They're scheduled for 7am AEST on Wednesdays: 14 October, 21 October, 4 November and 18 November.

Do the live calls work in my timezone, and what if I miss one?

Call times are set for global inclusion as much as possible. Every call is recorded. Nothing is lost if you can't make one live. Plus you have everyone in the group to catch you up. Exact call times are listed above and emailed to you.

What if I travel, get sick, or have a chaotic week?

Life happens. The program is designed to bend rather than break, and you'll have support to pick it back up. Or choose your own timing for key parts. No perfection or ultra planning needed here.

Can I do this with a partner or friend?

Yes, and it's wonderful when people do. You can easily share this with a friend.

Is this appropriate if I have a health condition, take medication, or am pregnant or breastfeeding?

It depends. (This is a common and sometimes annoying refrain of Ayurveda, my son tells me — as it's all about the personal.) Sometimes yes, sometimes with adjustments, and occasionally it's better to wait. There are questions in our intake form, and if you're unsure, get in touch. Ayurvedic protocols and the guidance in renew aren't a substitute for your own medical advice, and I'll always say so if your doctor should be the one deciding. It's a team effort here.

How is renew delivered?

Guides and materials delivered directly to you. The community and my weekly guidance run through a private group. Live calls happen online. No crazy group program platforms.

Will renew heal my symptoms or diseases?

renew is a health and wellbeing education program, lifestyle cleanse and group experience. It doesn't diagnose or treat any medical condition and isn't a substitute for care from your doctor. Individual experiences will vary. If you're managing a health condition, pregnant, or taking medication, please check with your doctor or practitioner before joining.

What if I'm not sure yet?

That's OK! Come to the free taster call on 7 October. It's the easiest way to feel whether this is for you, meet me if you haven't before, and there's no obligation at all. Or email Sarah any questions or concerns: renew@sarahanderson.global

Strings of festoon bulbs glowing across a pale wall

The community isn't a bonus feature in renew. It's part of the medicine.

The great con of modern wellbeing is that it made all of this your sole job. Alone. Self-manage, self-optimise, self-heal — with an app or self-guided course or individual therapist and a great deal of willpower.

That's not how we humans stay well or thrive. Never was. And who has excess willpower these days?

In these times of liminality and great change, it feels essential that we find places of shared support and wisdom. Connected, intimate and joyful spaces to care for each other, learn as we go and strengthen our capacity to hold space for ourselves, others and all the change unfolding.

We're all about joining forces in renew. When your motivation dips on day nineteen, you borrow some from the group. When you can't be bothered, you see what somebody else is doing and suddenly, mysteriously, you're fired up. When something hard surfaces — and something will — there are people right there who know exactly what this moment feels like, and can say "tell me more".

When I started tending to my own most alive, living system, I saw that what I needed most was community. Not any community. A well community. A blueprint of a system that is vital. That is thriving. That fills each other up when we don't have any more willpower to fill our own cup. That regathers again and again to refresh and renew and regenerate together because it's, quite frankly, better, faster, more fun, more sustainable, easier, more effective. Because it works for the long haul, not getting through the next day.

And it ripples....

...into something new. A well place. A regenerative ecosystem. That I long for us all to experience.

Sarah

Picture us all as festoon lights strung across a garden at dusk. One light on its own is small. Beautiful, but small. When each one lights up and catches the next, the whole garden glows — and you can suddenly see everybody and how they really shine. And that light spreads to others to come join the party and make life brighter.

renew is a seasonal health renewal experience.

Grounded in the ancient wisdom traditions of Ayurveda. Translated for life today — the job you do, the season you're in, the people you live with.

A shaft of light falling through a sandstone canyon

It also helps to be clear about what this is not: it isn't a detox, a diet, or a deprivation program. Our eyes are fully locked on replenishment and the joy of renewal. And how we can support each other to live in sustainable and fully vibrant ways that enable bigger things to happen.

There isn't fully an existing category or perfect word for this mash-up yet — which is rather the point. The closest I can get is that it's a renewal practice. That creates ripples out into the world around us.

And here, we ask a different question to other spaces. Not what's wrong or what needs fixing —

but how can we create the conditions for thriving, both for myself and rippling out into the world?

You don't micromanage a healthy garden. You restore its conditions, and it grows. It knows how. Your wellbeing is no different.

So we start upstream. Not with deficiencies or problems — with the conditions that got us here. Then we get out of the way, and let nature's deep intelligence take the wheel again.

You will discover new ways to take care of yourself, sustainably. You'll fall in love with alive food again. Embed wellbeing rhythms that hold you for life and bring longevity from the inside out. Come home to yourself in ways you didn't know you needed.

State over strategy.

Not your reward at the end of the to-do list. Renewing the thing that fuels it.

What actually happens

I did my first holistic cleanse 25 years ago and my radiance exploded — so I never really stopped. I've been practising Ayurveda for a decade, yoga for two-plus decades, and guiding clients through 1:1 wellbeing, cleanses and performance coaching, and groups through big wellbeing shifts. When I started taking people through the renew process, their lives began transforming the way mine has.

Sleep that finally does its job
Skin that glows
Digestion that hums
Steady energy
Inflammation gone
Clothes fitting better
A mind that is still
Space where there wasn't any
Radiance that's contagious

And underneath all of it — the reason I actually do this — the purpose, clarity, possibility and ripples into the wider world that open up when you're no longer running on empty. Big things change without you having to "work" on them.

Sandstone corridor with sun bouncing red off the walls
The renew story

You are the system.

For more than 20 years I've worked as a strategist with people building real change — founders, CEOs, change-makers, public sector rebels, creative lone wolves.

I helped them design brilliant strategies and systems change within their businesses, their movements, their rebellions, their lives, their collapses and returns. And I watched the same thing happen, over and over: visions that couldn't fully come to life. Not because they were wrong or too big. But because the people carrying them didn't have the capacity — in their bodies, their nervous systems, their brains, their lives — to hold them.

That was many clients. That was also me.

Here's what I eventually noticed. These were people who understood, deeply, what a living system — a team, an organisation, a social movement — needs to thrive. They just struggled to apply it to themselves. So dedicated to the mission that they'd sacrifice their own vitality to it, forgetting that if the parts of a system fail, the whole thing never reaches its true potential.

None of us are separate from the systems we're trying to evolve. You are the system. We are the system. And those systems need us to create change from a radiant, thriving place.

We've built a world that trophies speed, output and reason — and that approach, followed all the way to its end, is deeply unreasonable, deeply unproductive, and quietly destructive. We ask each other to adapt to broken things. But adapting to something broken doesn't heal it. It just extends its life, at the cost of ours.

So what if we stopped?

And what if you didn't have to leave your life to do it — no bunker, no burning it down, no breakdown — but could live inside the families, workplaces, communities and systems you're devoted to, renewing as you go? What if your own vitality and radiance was exactly what everyone around you needed most?

I believe it is. I've seen it. I've done it.

The next world will not be built by people still running on empty. It will be built by people living and leading from vital capacity.

When we change our state, everything changes.

And I made renew for me first.

I've spent 25 years passionate about health, and did most of it alone. Meditating at 5.45am before the day began. Breathwork in the bathroom before a keynote. Yoga in my bedroom to reset before a family event. Bone broth at 10pm for my toddler, because my milk had run out from stress and depletion.

All of it helpful. All of it healing. So much of it solo. I'd do it differently if I could do it again. I'd do it with my people. I long to be in a well community.

We are not built to thrive alone. Health is communal — we're literally wired for shared thriving. Once I understood that what actually made me well was the things we do together — cooking, dancing, laughing, gathering, sharing, being in nature with other people — I wondered how I ever believed that I'd get fully well and radiant on my own.

Every time the seasons change, I return to this process. Built on the bones of ancient wisdom, refined over 25 years of walking a path of health. I've made mistakes, added, removed, fine-tuned — until I landed on a core that works for me every time.

At some point, the wisdom we gather is only made for one thing. Sharing.
