"It's more than a reset. It's a total body, mind, soul transformation."
Held by Sarah Anderson — certified Ayurvedic health counsellor, yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher, and mentor to purposeful leaders and change-makers for more than 20 years. More about Sarah ↓
Each round of renew moves through the same three phases.
Body, home, calendar, mind — we simplify before adding anything new. Establish rhythms, so our river has space to flow. Exhale.
A gentle Ayurvedic cleanse that nourishes rather than starves — and clears far more than the physical.
Build reserves. Deep nourishment. Dance. Celebrate. The rejuvenation and fun phase often left out — and so needed.
We move through these phases twice — the second round takes us deeper into renewal.
Most people feel the physical shift in the first half. The bigger shifts tend to arrive in the second. You choose how deep you go.
On the final day of renew, Vicki was offered the job she wanted. At the salary she'd dreamed of. With Friday afternoons free for her other passions. And feeling more alive than she had in decades.
Everyone's forty days look different. This was Vicki's.

For more than twenty years I've walked two paths at once.
One out in the world: hundreds of leadership programs with thousands of leaders, mentoring ASX and Fortune 500 executives, facilitating on board the world's largest all-women expedition to Antarctica.
The other much quieter: training in Ayurveda, yoga, meditation and breathwork, and slowly learning to build the capacity in myself to actually do the first one.
For most of my life those felt like separate worlds. Strategy over here. The health nut and student of ancient wisdom over there, mostly unmentioned.
They were never separate. I just couldn't see it until I'd rebuilt my own capacity from the floor up — more than once. Learning to renew myself has been the hardest apprenticeship I've ever taken, and the one everything else rests on.
I'm a certified Ayurvedic health counsellor, a yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher, and an award-winning strategist and executive mentor. I'm also a single mum, a founder, and a woman who's been quietly making her own ghee while dancing for longer than is strictly reasonable.
renew is what I do for myself when I need to come home and come alive again. It's what I've quietly walked clients through in private for years.
Now I'm opening the door properly. And I'm nearly bursting with joy about it.
Come play.
When we change our state, everything changes.
There will likely not be a perfectly quiet month. A totally uncomplicated season. Or an ideal time. But when you shift your state, you create your own perfect timing.

Free taster call, 23 September →Yes. Spring and autumn are both traditional cleansing junctures in Ayurveda — the two hinges of the year when the body most benefits from a reset. So whether October is your spring or your autumn, you're arriving at the right moment. Your guidance is tailored to your hemisphere.
It's forty days of support, not forty days of intensity. Most days ask for small shifts in your lifestyle, food, routines, ways of being — think choose your own adventure, folded into the life you already have. There are two waves of three days each that are deeper cleansing periods across the 40 days. There's no full-time commitment, and the choice is all yours. But 40 days provides a real opportunity for renewal. One week doesn't. So this offers a proper doorway into a state shift that sticks.
No. This is not a fast or a juice cleanse. The whole idea is deep nourishment. And in Ayurveda, we nourish to let go. You'll eat warm, spiced, beautiful food, and plenty of it. Deprivation isn't the mechanism here — vitality is.
We all go on a learning journey when we choose to bring change. And we can't create change when we have zero space. So we walk through the steps slowly and gently. The meal plans and resources are built to make things as easy as possible. But there is time and space required. We help create it, together.
Call times are shared before we begin, and set for global inclusion as much as possible. Every call is recorded. Nothing is lost if you can't make one live. Plus you have everyone in the group to catch you up.
You will, at some point — everybody does. The program is designed to bend rather than break, and you'll have support to pick it back up. Or choose your own timing for key parts. No perfection needed here.
Yes, and it's wonderful when people do. Get in touch and I'll sort out a shared arrangement.
It depends. (This is a common and sometimes annoying refrain of Ayurveda, my son tells me — as it's all about the personal.) Sometimes yes, sometimes with adjustments, and occasionally it's better to wait. There are questions in our intake form, and if you're unsure, get in touch. Ayurvedic protocols and the guidance in renew aren't a substitute for your own medical advice, and I'll always say so if your doctor should be the one deciding. It's a team effort here.
Guides and materials delivered directly to you. The community and my weekly guidance run through a private group. Live calls happen online. No crazy group program platforms.
Come to the free taster call on 23 September. It's the easiest way to feel whether this is for you, meet me if you haven't before, and there's no obligation at all.
Grounded in the ancient wisdom traditions of Ayurveda. Translated for life today — the job you do, the season you're in, the people you live with.
It also helps to be clear about what this is not: it isn't a detox, a diet, or a deprivation program. Our eyes are fully locked on replenishment and the joy of renewal.
We ask a different question to many health programs. Not what's wrong or what needs fixing —
but how can we create the conditions for thriving, both for myself and rippling out into the world?
You don't micromanage a healthy garden. You restore its conditions, and it grows. It knows how. Your wellbeing is no different.
So we start upstream. Not with deficiencies or problems — with the conditions that got us here. Then we get out of the way, and let nature's deep intelligence take the wheel again.
You will discover new ways to take care of yourself, sustainably. You'll fall in love with alive food again. Embed wellbeing rhythms that hold you for life and bring longevity from the inside out. Come home to yourself in ways you didn't know you needed.
I did my first holistic cleanse 25 years ago and my radiance exploded — so I never really stopped. I've been practising Ayurveda for a decade, yoga for two-plus decades, and guiding clients through 1:1 wellbeing, cleanses and performance coaching, and groups through big wellbeing shifts. When I started taking people through the renew process, their lives began transforming the way mine has.
And underneath all of it — the reason I actually do this — the purpose, clarity, possibility and ripples into the wider world that open up when you're no longer running on empty. Big things change without you having to "work" on them.
